Advise for tenants

Most of tenants ignore that they have perfectly the right to exchange for the holidays, in the same way as the owners.

If your owner is someone you know, we recommand you to tell him, by courtesy because nothing obliges you to do it.

If your owner is a lessor, it’s less necessary.

In any case, the most important is to avoid damages.
